What you will be doing?
- Reporting into the National Fleet Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping that growth. You’ll identify and win major fleet opportunities, delivering outstanding key account performance against ambitious targets, working with some of our most high‑profile and influential customers.
- You’ll bring confidence, credibility and gravitas, with the ability to influence and engage senior decision‑makers across both our customer base and the wider Volkswagen Group. Your communication skills and natural ability to build rapport will enable you to operate effectively at every level.
- Using strong market insight and commercial intelligence, you’ll proactively win new business, grow existing relationships and track performance against clear objectives. You’ll act as a strategic partner to your key accounts, offering informed guidance on market trends and future developments, and playing a vital role in strengthening Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles’ performance.

Skills & experience you can bring to the role:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Effective relationship building
- Highly effective influencing and negotiation skills across a range of senior stakeholders
- High commercial awareness and acumen
- Understanding of the fleet market with Account management and B2B sales experience
- Ability to manage high volume complex B2B sales
- Proven ability to achieve commercial targets and objectives
