    • Track and interpret user behaviour using tools and data sets from Adobe Analytics and Content Square to identify opportunities to drive website optimisation.
    • Own the testing process, from scoping requirements and technical specifications through to tagging, A/B test execution, performance analysis and recommendations.
    • Lead a team of experts at our Digital agency to plan and prioritise the testing and insights backlog.
    • Communicate Digital performance, test plan and insights to business stakeholders.
    • Work in close partnership with AUDI AG and other key markets, proactively sharing best practice and provide coaching on CRO.
    • Work within relevant legal, audit and brand processes, helping to capture and embed revised ways of working where new sales channels or transformation projects are introduced.

    • Experience of wider insight and testing tools such as Content Square or Adobe Target is preferred.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret research, business data and website performance to identify practical opportunities for improvement.
    • Excellent attention to detail, even when working with high volumes of content, data, updates and change.
    • Confidence working with agencies and internal stakeholders, building strong and effective relationships across multiple teams.
    • Strong creative judgement and a commercially aware, results-orientated approach.
    • Highly organised, with the flexibility to manage and prioritise several projects at the same time.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to gain commitment and approval from stakeholders at all levels.
    • An interest in the latest technology developments and how they can support a continuously improving customer experience.
